The Newfoundland and Labrador Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) Act, 2015 , facilitates democracy by ensuring citizens have a right of access to information; increasing transparency in government and; protecting the privacy of individuals with respect to information held and used by public bodies. College of the North Atlantic is a public body of the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

An access to information (ATI) request can be made by completing and signing the ATI Request form and submitting it to the attention of the college’s Access and Privacy Coordinator at the contact information provided below. Please note that if your ATI request involves the personal information of someone other than yourself, you are required to provide a signed Proof of Authority form.

A request for correction of personal information form can be made by completing the Request Correction of Personal Information form and submitting it to the attention of the college’s Access and Privacy Coordinator at the contact information provided below. Please note that if you are requesting the correction of personal information of someone other than yourself, you are required to provide a signed Proof of Authority form.
