Seal Cove campus of College of the North Atlantic is located in the town of Conception Bay South, one of the province's newest towns made up of some of Newfoundland's oldest settlements. The area has a population of approximately 23,000 residents.

Full-time credit course registration is approximately 450 students per year, with another 150 registered part-time.
