The Marketing and Communications department – under the division of Development/College Advancement – is responsible for the visibility of CNA in the public eye. We design and write the ads and institutional profiles you see in newspapers and magazines, we create the radio ads and other on-air promotions you hear on your favourite radio stations, we create the brochures you see at trade shows and in high schools: and we’re so much more!
Located at headquarters in Stephenville and representing the college’s 17 campuses, we design, create and produce written materials to help promote full- and part-time programming and customized corporate training .
Along with promotional materials such as brochures, posters, print and radio ads, we produce on a yearly basis: an academic calendar, an annual report, and varied strategic reports such as the recently commissioned study.
We also create and disseminate to media: press releases, news articles, student success stories and alumni profiles. Our website is a key component in our promotional capability and provides public access to our services. It also houses our internal employee newsletter – .
Our latest recruitment campaign: , integrating print, radio and our website, garnered industry recognition and positive results in student recruitment. Most recently, our international recruitment video aired on History International and EuroNews in six languages.
We know that the breadth and depth of College of the North Atlantic’s nationally and internationally recognized programming is unparalleled, and that our graduates get high paying jobs in industries directly related to their field of study.
It’s our job to let you know.
