CH1141 - General Chemistry II

This course is designed for students who may have career interests in chemistry or other fields of science. The course will develop further the fundamental concepts of chemistry with emphasis on practical applications. Major topics are: chemical kinetics, principles of chemical equilibrium, acids and bases, aqueous ionic equilibrium, solubility equilibrium, free energy and thermodynamics, electrochemistry and properties of solutions.  This course is transferable to MUN Chemistry1051.
