WI1025 - Wind Turbine Work Practices I

In this course, students are introduced to industry best practices in safety and planning for field work, to ensure the health and safety of all workers. Students will use risk assessment tools while completing simple tasks and use the development of job safety analysis for complex tasks. Students will learn to apply workforce planning concepts as they participate in a workplace tasks. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation is explored, and incident investigation techniques are introduced.
