The Environmental Industry needs a supply of skilled technologists to meet the challenges of the 21st century as we strive to reduce environmental pollution and to maintain the well being of our ecosystems.
Students in this Environmental Technology program will receive multi-disciplinary training in civil engineering, environmental science, law, politics, ethics, and the life sciences.
Throughout the program, great emphasis is given to the application of scientific laws and theories to find solutions. Knowledge and understanding of biology, chemistry, and geology, along with the practical skills of assessment, are applied to the challenges of environmental protection and rehabilitation.
