Job Connect

Job Connect NL is an initiative that uses the Career Focus Wage Subsidy program to offer employers a wage subsidy as an incentive to hire highly skilled eligible post-secondary graduates between ages 15-30. The Career Focus Wage Subsidy program allows us to reimburse an employer 50% of the salary paid to a post-secondary graduate who they hire and mentor for full-time employment in high-demand occupations.

Are you hiring a full-time employee?
If you answer “yes”, then you could be considered for this program.
