Salary Information
HL21 - $72,639.00 - $94,430.94 per annum
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee, support, and advise the development and delivery of online student operations.
- Manage administrative services for online students.
- Oversee financial management of the online student budget and resources.
- Coordinate with campus departments to ensure smooth online student service operations.
- Ensure adherence to scheduling, financial contracts, and registrarial policies.
- Collaborate with IT services to manage technology access and resolve issues.
- Oversee procurement and purchasing for online student services.
- Provide guidance on College policies, practices, and procedures.
- Support online administrative/non-academic staff.
- Promote operational excellence and resource stewardship.
- Initiate employment requests and manage absence practices for non-academic staff.
- Manage inventory control for online resources.
- Lead and participate in committees to improve online student services and policies.
- Other related duties as required.
Screening Criteria
- Undergraduate degree with experience and a proven track record of responsibility and impact in student administration.
- Experience in online post-secondary education, focused on enhancing student engagement, success, and retention.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
