Salary Information
HL24 - $84,873.00 - $110,335.26 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee academic program implementation, delivery, evaluation, and curriculum compliance.
- Manage campus operations supporting students, staff, and faculty.
- Promote student experience, retention, and academic progress.
- Support faculty in curriculum delivery and student learning.
- Address student and faculty concerns promptly.
- Oversee campus resources and ensure responsible budget management.
- Recruit, retain, and manage staff and faculty.
- Collaborate with Deans to align programs with labour market needs.
- Build community and stakeholder partnerships.
- Develop programs and secure funding to meet regional needs.
- Coordinate initiatives supporting the college’s labour market mandate.
- Foster strong internal and external relationships.
- Pursue contracts and partnerships that support innovation and student success.
- Contribute to program evaluation and delivery.
- Promote the college and campus within the region.
- Support strategic planning and program development.
- Monitor and maintain program accreditation.
- Ensure a positive student experience at Bonavista Campus.
- Other related duties as required.
Screening Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Post-Secondary), Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field, with extensive academic and administrative leadership experience in a post-secondary environment.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Conditions of Offer
