Salary Information
CG27 - $47,301.80 - $52,306.80 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Continuous and Customized Learning (CCL), the Clerk IV provides day-to-day administrative support to the CCL department at Corner Brook campus as well as the CCL department province wide.
- Coordinate and schedule part-time, evening, and weekend course offerings at the Corner Brook Campus, while providing support to other campuses as required.
- Collaborate with the Department of Wildlife and Chief Firearms Office to plan, coordinate, and complete all operational and administrative tasks related to the setup and delivery of firearms courses.
- Coordinate logistical requirements for the delivery of courses offered in-person, off-site, and through online platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team and campus staff to plan and implement the logistical, operational, promotional, and administrative aspects of CCL course delivery.
- Manage student registrations, payment processing, and certification issuance through the PeopleSoft system.
- Organize and schedule exam invigilation activities to support course delivery.
- Reserve and oversee room bookings and rentals for CCL activities.
- Prepare and process invoices for company-sponsored students and draft instructor agreements for approval.
- Monitor and submit bi-weekly payroll documentation for part-time instructional staff.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support department operations.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Office, or Business, Administration (equivalencies will be considered).
- Relevant experience in a similar role providing administrative support.
