Salary Information
CG27 - $47,301.80 - $52,306.80 per annum.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Clerk IV is an integral part of the Student Services team at the Prince Philip Drive Campus, and is responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical functions:
- Serve as the first point of contact by responding to in-person, telephone, and email inquiries.
- Provide applicants and students with information and correspondence related to admissions and registration processes.
- Manage the processing of student applications, admissions, registration, and enrollment activities.
- Oversee student accounts, including assessments, de-assessments, exemptions, credit transfers, and grade processing.
- Maintain admissions files and student records through accurate data entry and updates within PeopleSoft.
- Prepare, process, and maintain Customized and Continuous Learning (CCL) contracts, along with related administrative documentation, and provide support for CCL admissions processes.
- Perform cashier duties.
- Provide support for registration, graduation, awards ceremonies, and other student-related events as required.
- Perform other related administrative duties as required to support the effective operation of Student Services.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Office Administration (equivalencies will be considered).
- Recent, relevant experience in delivering front-line administrative and clerical support services.

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
