Salary Information
CG27 - $47,301.80 - $52,306.80 per annum
Duties and Responsibilities
This position is an integral part of the Student Services team at the Ridge Road Campus, responsible for supporting the administration and management of student records for approximately 800 students per semester. The Clerk IV performs a wide range of administrative and clerical functions:
- Process and maintain student course enrollments.
- Conduct student account audits, grade audits, and verification of academic records.
- Review and process credit transfer and exemption requests in accordance with college regulations.
- Assist in the processing and finalization of student grades, ensuring timely entry and reporting in the student information system.
- Support student admissions activities, including verifying eligibility for enrollment, processing new student records, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Administer student fees, including Health and Dental plan payments, and accurately process related transactions.
- Review and process program transfer requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are in place.
- Verify and process refund requests.
- Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff regarding registration, accounts, and academic records in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of Student Services and the overall student experience.
Screening Criteria
- Diploma in Office, or Business Administration, (equivalencies will be considered).
- Experience managing records and documentation in an administrative environment.
- Experience processing administrative transactions in accordance with established procedures.
