These regulations require owners and operators of certain types of food premises to have at least one employee, with current food safety training, to be present in the food premises while it is in operation. In addition to stressing the importance of high standards of personal hygiene, and proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures for surfaces, equipment, and utensils, this course provides students with the knowledge and skills required to receive, store, handle, and prepare food safely in a food establishment. Upon completing this course, students will be prepared for work in the food industry. (8 Hours) Certificates provided by National Food Safety.
