Your Donation Matters

Make a Difference and Help Our Students Grow

At CNA, we are building the workforce of the future. Our students’ success is made possible through the generosity and vision of you, our donors and partners. Our work is complimented by our many donors who generously give to our programs which have a lifelong impact on our students. We are committed to helping donors meet their philanthropic areas of interest.

Make a Donation

Provide students with the support they need to ensure a successful and meaningful education experience.

Giving takes on many forms at CNA

We welcome all levels of engagement. Your donation can be designated to an area of particular interest to you.
Scholarships and Awards

Our Awards Program supports students by acknowledging academic excellence and assisting those facing financial challenges during their studies. Donors from individuals and various businesses and organizations are crucial to this initiative and are the foundation for the program’s success.

HOW TO ESTABLISH AN AWARD
Memorial Giving

Many families and businesses have decided to honour the legacy of loved ones and colleagues by providing donations or awards in their names. If you would like to join this special group of contributors, we welcome the opportunity to discuss.

Gifts In-Kind

Provides valuable hands-on training tools that allow our students to learn with the best industry knowledge possible further preparing them for the next steps in their careers. Gifts in-kind can include works of art, books, vehicles, equipment, furniture, computer software, software licenses, etc.

Giving Makes Cents

Our internal employee giving program focused on three areas including Scholarships and Awards, Student Emergency Fund and Areas of Great Need. Employees are welcomed to join and sign-up. To participate please reach out to givingmakescents@cna.nl.ca

Student Emergency Fund

Focused on supporting students in critical need of food, shelter, medical and transportation. Provides resources for students when they need it most. Crisis situations can derail a student’s plan for success – with your help, we can prevent this from happening.

Pantry Program

As a student, keeping the pantries stocked is a significant challenge. Donors can drop food items to any of our local campuses or make a donation.

Giving Tuesday

Each fall we participate in Giving Tuesday - a global day where companies and individuals join together to donate to a worthy cause. To learn more Contact Us

Job Placements

Vital to helping students complete their programs and provide career-changing first steps for students as they pursue their post-secondary educational dreams.

Breakfast Program

Breakfast programs help contribute to students' physical and mental well-being in many ways. It relieves stress and promotes learning with our students. An extension of the Pantry programs across our 17 campuses, they represent another important student support initiative.

Tampon Tuesday

Did you know that menstrual hygiene products are one of the most requested, yet least donated, items at food banks? Through this campaign, we aim to provide solutions – "one box at a time". Our commitment to kickstart the flow of donations includes providing baskets/containers in the washrooms at each campus that will be filled with a supply of products – free for anyone to use. Helping us to keep the baskets fully stocked on an ongoing basis is where we are relying on you and our generous donors.

Impact of Giving

"I am sincerely thankful and honored to have been selected as the recipient of this scholarship. Thank you for your generosity which will allow me to increase my financial stability to continue being focused on my studies and to be motivated to follow my objectives of being a leader in the area of community development during my college experience and my professional future."
2022 Award Recipient

These are just some of the ways that companies and community organizations give back to CNA

If you would like to talk to us about any of these opportunities, or have ideas of your own, we want to hear from you.
