Virtual Vitality Break - Breathe, Stretch and Recharge – 11:30AM NDT

Throughout the day we absorb new information, make decisions, create schedules and push through our tasks. Sometimes, our system feels overloaded. We benefit from an energy reset just like a computer needs to reboot after installing new software to function at its best. Through mindful breathing, stretching and a brief mediation and sound bath, we will reset our internal operating system so we can return to our lives clearer, calmer and more capable of processing whatever unfolds.
