Residence space is limited and therefore the college cannot guarantee a room to everyone who applies. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis only after a student has been confirmed in a program at the college.

We offer two residences located just east of the College's main entrance, providing comfortable living options for students and families attending the College of the North Atlantic � Happy Valley�Goose Bay Campus.

• A safer and cleaner living environment
• Free parking
• Close to college resources (i.e. library, gym, Indigenous resource center, and college cafeteria)
• Semi-furnished Family Residence apartment
• Private single bedrooms and fully furnished accommodations
• Live with a friend or meet new people from around the world

Quiet Hours

These are hours where the residents in the community are expected to keep the volume in their apartment relatively low so that those around them can sleep, study, etc, without being disturbed. The quiet hours in both residences are:

• Sunday � Thursday: 10:00 PM � 7:30 AM
• Friday � Saturday: 12:00 AM � 7:30 AM
