Canadian Refund Process

Understand the refund rules and timelines before you submit

Review how refund requests work, which fees can be refunded, what timelines apply, and where textbook, special-program, and continuous learning refund rules fit in.

Start with Student Services

Students are responsible for initiating their own refund requests by contacting the Student Services office at their campus.

This page brings together the main refund rules for Canadian students, including tuition, equipment and materials, special program types, textbooks, and customized or continuous learning.
