NC2370   Fresh Pasta Making

Course Overview:

This course will introduce participants to recipes and techniques used in making fresh pasta. Participants will learn how to make, roll, shape, and finish fresh pasta using both classic hand methods as well as modern tools. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to make three different types of pasta from scratch - sheet pasta, hand formed pasta and filled pasta. They will also learn to finish these with basic sauces.

This course is intended for anyone interested in learning about the art of making pasta from scratch. No pre-requisite skills are required. (3 Hours)
