Course Overview:

This Food First NL workshop provides an introduction to food preparation techniques using local vegetables that are commonly grown in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will be inspired to enjoy more of our province's healthy, local produce and learn some helpful tips to make your vegetable preparation experiences more successful.
