Course Overview:

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to apply Canada's Food Guide to menu plans to ensure variety, healthy food choices and support dietary restrictions. The participant will learn how to apply food safety and sanitation, the menu planning checklist and how to address industry specific challenges. Participants will also gain practical experience to help them diversify their culinary repertoire. (25 Hours)
