Course Overview:
This course equips participants with the practical skills needed to integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools across the full spectrum of business administration, focusing on real-world applications in accounting and financial management, human resources, marketing, office administration, and project management.
Participants will explore the fundamentals of GenAI, including automation and augmentation, and learn how to leverage GenAI integration across typical business administration tasks, weighing benefits against operational, ethical, and compliance risk. The course emphasizes a "human-in-the-loop" approach, ensuring the responsible use of GenAI technologies. Participants will identify opportunities for integrating GenAI into diverse business functions, evaluate and select appropriate GenAI tools for their specific workplace needs, enhance communication quality and efficiency using GenAI tools, and apply GenAI to streamline scheduling, data management, and content creation.
No prior experience with AI is required. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to conceptualize structured daily workflows that responsibly integrate GenAI to elevate quality, efficiency, and insights across business administrative tasks. (15 Hours)

Refund Policy
CCL Refund Policy for Part-time Continuing Education
For programs that are done over part-time hours/outside regular delivery hours, Students must notify Continuing Education of their Intent to withdraw or cancel at least 5 days prior to the start date of a course to be entitled to a full refund. If the Student notifies the office with the Intent to withdraw or cancel less than 5 days prior to the course start date, the Student will receive a 50% refund. A Student who registers for a course, does not notify the college of their intent to withdraw, and does not attend any classes, will be deemed a "no show" and will forfeit their tuition fees. In the event the college cancels a course offering, Students will receive a full refund. Special circumstances may apply to any of the above conditions, in which case supporting documentation Is required.
