NC3327   GenAI for Business Leaders

Course Overview:

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and its growing role in modern workplaces. Participants begin with foundational concepts, exploring what artificial intelligence is, how it compares to human intelligence, and how GenAI systems are built, trained, and used to generate content. Participants then assess the risks and ethical considerations associated with GenAI, before applying GenAI across key business administration functions using a Human in the Loop (HITL) approach. Participants critically assess how their organization can adopt GenAI with a focus on AI readiness, AI governance, and common change management challenges. Using AI readiness frameworks, this course helps to assess preparedness and develop an AI integration strategy tailored to an organization.

No prior experience with AI is required. Upon completion of the course, participants will have the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundations needed to integrate GenAI effectively, responsibly, and strategically within modern workplaces. (25 Hours)
