What is an Academic Record?
At College of the North Atlantic (CNA), an academic record is a comprehensive and permanent history of your educational journey at the institution. It serves as the official evidence of your studies, achievements, and academic standing.

CNA has now partnered with MyCreds™, a secure digital transcript sharing platform. MyCreds™ provides students and alumni with safe, 24/7 access to digital transcripts.

Transcripts are not issued if outstanding fees exist.

  • Grades: The final marks received for each course.
  • Academic Decisions: Notations regarding your status, such as "Honors," "Academic Warning," or "Promotion."
  • Credentials Earned: Details of any certificates, diplomas, or degrees awarded.
  • Transfer Credits: Information on credits recognized from other institutions (Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition).
