Transcripts
At the College of the North Atlantic (CNA), a transcript is an official, comprehensive record of a student's complete academic history, documenting every course attempted, all grades earned, and any academic decisions or credentials awarded during their tenure.
Official Transcripts:
Official transcripts are available at a cost of $8 each and can be issued using the following delivery methods:
- Electronic (MyCreds™) Processing time 1-2 business days.
- Mail (Canada Post) Processing time 14-21 business days including mail time.
- Campus Pick Up (photo ID required for pick-up) Processing time 1-2 business days
To obtain an Official Transcript, submit a request using one of the following:

CNA Student Self Service
- Click to login: CNA Student Services
- Select the Enrollment and Grades tile
- Select the Request Official Transcript menu option
- Complete the on-screen instructions and submit
- If Student Self Service cannot be accessed, complete the Transcript Request Form and email it to transcripts@cna.nl.ca.
- Notifications for Electronic requests will originate from MyCreds™
- Notifications for Mail or Pick up requests will originate from CNA
Unofficial Transcripts:
An unofficial transcript contains the academic record at the time of generation. This document cannot be used as an ‘official’ transcript as it does not contain the security features associated with an official copy. Unofficial transcripts are free of charge and only available through Student Self Service.
To generate/print an unofficial transcript:
- Click to login: CNA Student Services
- Select the Enrollment and Grades tile
- Click on the View Unofficial Transcript option
- Complete the on-screen instructions and submit
- To view/print, your device should allow popups and have a PDF viewer
